Flooding season in ToulsangKeo Area

One month a go in flood season,,,,,What is the authorities responses? Toulsangeo area is located in Capital city in Khan Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Every day I was sleep on the bed with the flood is underground, and walked across the water and spend half hours to work.

Ms Phon, house wife, every time goes to the market, she drives on the tire board.

Please help  us ,,,don’t see like this in the raining season.
